Chris started his aviation career back in the early 90's when he worked for Signature Flight Support at Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI). While he was at Signature, his love for aviation brought him to the Air National Guard as a Command and Control Specialist. After his time in the Guard he worked for two airlines; U.S. Air and finally at Southwest as an Operations Supervisor at BWI. In 1998 Chris started his sales career in real estate - quickly becoming one of the top 5% of agents in the country within the first few years of being in the business. Due to requests from his peers he decided to coach and mentor agents in the Mid-Atlantic region. During this time he opened up his own real estate office with an international franchiser, RE/MAX International, where he spent just over 4 years building his company. In 2009 he sold his company and moved to another larger RE/MAX firm with 300+ agents and seven offices, as their Senior Vice President and Director of Technology, bringing them into the 21st century. His love for - and success in - sales combined with his passion for aviation eventually led him to add aircraft sales and aviation related real estate to his repertoire. Chris is determined to lead the real estate and aircraft brokerage industry, streamlining the process and at the same time exceeding his client's modern day expectations. Chris is an active pilot and real estate agent based in the Mid-Atlantic area helping his real estate and aviation clients on a global level.
